    10 C o m p l e t i n g t h a t , a l l he had t o do was walk a c r o s s the 11 s t r e e t t o 50 Rancocas Road and a r r a n g e f o r p r o b a t i o n 12 s u p e r v i s i o n which would be t r a n s f e r r e d t o C a l i f o r n i a . 13 Mr. F o r c h i o n walked r i g h t out o f the c o u r t h o u s e . He 14 was making h i s own r u l e s a g a i n . He walked out of the 15 c o u r t h o u s e and i t ' s the C o u r t ' s r e c o l l e c t i o n he d i d n ' t 16 go t o C a l i f o r n i a r i g h t away, he went t o P e n n s y l v a n i a . 17 I n any event, a bench wa r r a n t was i s s u e d f o r h i s 18 a r r e s t . 19 Mr. Ackerman makes the argument t h a t i n h i s 20 e x p e r i e n c e people a r e n ' t v i o l a t e d t h a t q u i c k l y .
