Acuity Reports

Teachers- There are three different reports that I would like you to check out before next Wednesday (Technology collaboration) and Thursday (Acuity Training). Please follow the directions below to access those reports and print them out for discussion.

Click on “Reports” on the left hand side of the screen.

This will open up the different types of reports to choose from. I think the best reports are the ones highlighted above. (Assessment reports, Item Analysis, and Roster reports) Let’s start with the first one. Click on Assessment Reports.

Next, you should see this screen. Please click on Class Assessment Report (the one highlighted).

The next items you will see are the filters for the report. You will need to choose a subject (Language Arts or Math), Assessment Type (you will choose custom most of the time),

and what class you want the report for. Then click Get Report at the bottom. Your report will be displayed at the bottom of the page and you will need to scroll down to view it.

After looking over your report, you can click on the print version link on the right side of the screen. You will then need to go back and do the same thing for the other subject.

After you have finished printing both reports under Assessment Reports, go to Item Analysis Reports and then Roster Reports on the left hand side of the screen. Follow the same procedures that you went through above to access the reports under these two categories and don’t forget to do it for Math and Language Arts!

I hope this helps. Let me know if you are having problems with the reports and I will be glad to assist you!
