Statement of Service Dear Sir/Madam, Huy Thong Nguyen has been employed on a casual basis by The Australian Catholic University as a PASS Leader for the University’s PASS program in 2016. PASS stands for Peer Assisted Study Sessions and operates within the Office of Student Success. PASS Sessions are run by PASS Leaders who are chosen for their academic achievements and interpersonal skills. PASS Leaders aim to provide support and encouragement to first year students who are enrolled in certain specified units of study. Duties include: Planning lessons and activities to help students revise unit content provided in lectures and tutorials Working independently within each PASS Session Administrative duties including the regular recording of attendance information and completion of timesheets Providing encouragement and assistance with student’s assessments and any other administrative issues Referring students to other ACU services as needed Providing support and guidance to students in their first year at University Yours Sincerely,
