Automobile Club of Southern California – Sales Operations Analyst - current:
Produce daily sales reports for many markets including California, Texas, Hawaii, Missouri, New Mexico, Northern New England, and Virginia.
Produce ad hoc reports for managements at many levels for daily decision making. Develop and analyze reports on Member Service Index scores from the regional, office and
individual levels. Create and maintain all Field Sales Units Access databases for entire company. Key liaison with the Field Sales Operations Manager and responsible for developing reports
to facilitate communication of field sales results, underwriting results, staffing and key business metrics.
