STEP 1 ~ Sign In

Type www.activpro.com into your online browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome etc).

Enter username: activ

Password: pro

(Remember it is all lowercase)

STEP 2 ~ Become a Supplier

∗ For unregistered suppliers –Click on the “Become a Supplier” button at the bottom of the homepage.

OR

∗ If you have already registered with us and would like to access your account – at the top of the homepage look to enter your login and password there

STEP 3 ~ Sign Up

∗ Complete the contact information and choose a login name and password for your account.

∗ Select Create User

- On the following page -

∗ Enter the remainder of your company information.

∗ Upload a logo or picture of your business, adventure or experience

STEP ~ 4 Getting Paid

∗ Provide your PayPal E-mail to establish offerings where you

receive a commission

*Instructions for paypal account setup is provided in our step by step

guideline at the end of this presentation.

• Confirm and agree to terms and conditions.

• For “FreePass” Accounts which are not commissionable you may

STEP 5 ~ Create a package

∗ Select Create Package at the top of the page

• Fill in the information for package and information that is requested.

Don’t worry if you make a mistake – you can always

correct it by using

“Manage Packages”

∗ Select “Save Package” when complete

∗ When selecting “Categories” or choosing “Types” be sure to make more than one selection that applies to your offer so users searching for them can discover your listing.

• Trust Us - the more options you choose the better your results will be for users to discover your offering and create a booking

STEP 7 ~ Package Submittal

• Upon selecting “Save Package” you will see a snapshot of your ad that will appear to users.

• Look through it for any errors and select either “Edit” or “Confirm Package” at the bottom of the page.

• Upon selecting Confirm Package you will then see that your offering is submitted for approval to our team at ActivPro along with a screenshot of what your offer will look like.

∗ Creating Packages - be sure to include as much information as you are able to do – think of it as if you were looking for something fun to do would the offering you made make you say “Yes”

∗ Enter Multiple Search Preferences. Within the selection you make to create a package be sure to include all of the categories and types that apply to you. Users find that the search tools are very helpful so it is important that you indicate all those that apply to your offer.

∗ Share More Packages Users like a variety – try different ways to say the same thing and test your results to gain more bookings – duplicate offers your create and word them according to a special or limited time only special.

∗ Be Creative Have some fun with your offer – be creative with the way you describe what you are selling to the users and try different approaches if your results are not showing enough return.

∗ Sign up for a Paypal Account All paypal accounts are free to sign up, secure and very easy to use.

∗ To begin register your account at www.paypal.com

∗ Choose Premier or Business Account at Setup. Premier and business accounts both allow you to accept credit card payments

∗ Premier vs. Business. Business accounts allow you to set up the account under your company name. In order to register a Business account you need to have a company bank account to provide.

(If you do not have a company bank account, you can set up as a Premier Account to get started and upgrade later to Business.)

PayPal Account Setup

∗ Selecting “Business Account” For business account setup the steps are as follows:∗ Click “select Payment solution” to view the drop-down menu∗ From the drop-down menu, choose “Website Payments Standard”∗ Click “Account Sign Up”∗ Click “Continue”

∗ Selecting “Premier Account” For premier account setup the steps are as follows:∗ Fill in all fields with your name and support information∗ Click “agree”∗ Click “create account”

∗ Financial Information Each account type requires that users provide banking account information so payments are processed and delivered back to your password protected account.

Premier or Business

∗ Setup Once the details for your account are provided Paypal will verify your setup settings which will take up to 48 hours.

∗ Deposits One method of the verification process is confirmation of the receipt of two small deposit amounts to your Paypal account to confirm registration. Paypal will deposit two amounts that you will then confirm with your login and password to complete the registration process.

∗ Verification Once the account is verified you are able to accept payments to your account. Please remember your login and password for future access.
