Providing challenging and enjoyable activities for school and youth groups. Our activity programmes are designed and delivered to aid the holistic development of all partici-pants.

The centre is located in the quiet village of Hat�eld on the outskirts of Doncaster. Hat�eld Outdoor Activity Centre boasts large grass land and lake areas which o�er unique and adventurous fun both on land and water. Activites range from Canoes, Climbing, Archery, Raft Building and Exploring. Plus with facilities to stay the night inside or out, we have a lot to o�er!

Our adventure centre has been designed to provide a safe environ-ment in which we o�er a wide range of adventurous activities and learning opportunities, bothindoors and outdoors. We believe passionately in the bene�ts of taking children outside the classroom to learn, and every year wewelcome schools, youth groups and uniform groups.

Working closely with learning specialists we want to develop self-con�dence and empower and engage young people.All lead by our fully quali�ed and highly experienced instructors, who will take the class and start them on the adventrious journey that you plan for them.

Teachers and group leaders can choose a private room of their own.

Think you’re going to be stuck in the kitchen all day preparing your own meals?

We’ll take care of all of the meals, leaving you to make the most of your stay with us.

Think you’ve got to do all of the washing up and cleaning?

Not at all, we’ll sort all the washing up and cleaning. However, if you’d prefer that the students do this, then they’re welcome to muck in.

Can we visit Hat�eld OAC prior to making a booking?Yes. We encourage all �rst time bookers to visit the centre prior to booking. We’ll gladly give you a tour of the centre.

Can Hat�eld OAC provide risk assessments?Yes. We have risk assessments for all of our activities and facilities. Access to these will be provided as part of the Resource Kit which you’ll recieve after making a booking.

Do all participants have to be able to swim?No, it is not compulsory, but it is recomended. As a minimum, we request that all water sports participants can demostrate water con�dence.

What are your activity ratios?Our activity ratios range from 1:10 to 1:16 dependant on the particular activity.
