• Some people enjoy exercise and sporting because:– It helps them get in shape– It is an escape from their daily life– It makes them feel good about themselves– It is a great way to spend time with others and to

work up a sweat

Some people enjoy swimming:

• Some people enjoy swimming laps across the pool

• Leaving the house to go for a quick jog around the park to get in shape

• Others prefer to attend a group exercise session (spinning, running club, tennis)

Playing tennis:

• I think that tennis is far too difficult for me. • I have a difficult time using the racket to hit

the ball over the net.

Yoga • Some people enjoy taking a yoga class.• Yoga is good for stretching and strengthening your muscles. • It is important to stretch your muscles. It is far worse if you do not

stretch your muscles in the middle of exercise.

• To explain enjoying one more than another.. “I prefer to be a spectator much more than to be a participant in the sport/show.”

How to explain how much I enjoy or do not enjoy something:

• I don’t enjoy swimming or biking though if I must choose, I would choose biking over swimming.

• I find swimming to be far worse than biking.• Neither of them make me happy, but I will do

them if I have to.
