What do you like about being the HL brand manager?

In my role of brand manager at HL I get to touch on

so many aspects of the brand and it is position that

challenges me for the best and to perform at the highest

levels.

In my daily responsibilities I take part in many arenas

of the HL products from the early developing stages, to

executing the marketing projects and activities across

platforms of traditional and digital media. Moreover, I

take an active part in the future strategic steps the brand

is taking and I have the opportunity to bring to the table

initiatives for campaigns and events for our clients.

To sum it up, my job is exciting; it gives me opportunity

to work with all the departments in the organization and

to make a long lasting imprint on the brand's image.

How has your skin routine changed since you started working at HL?

Since January of 2016 my skin care routine has changed

a little bit. I was not a total beauty novice however Bella

along with my colleagues in the training department,

have practically changed my understanding of skin care

and influenced to make changes to my daily routine.

Today I understand better the important role each

product category has for our skin. Plus I found out that

I do enjoy following a complete home care regimen at

home without hurrying up and skipping steps.

What is your favorite HL product?

I can't list my favorite but I will say that I don’t go a day

without the DAILY MICRO PEEL and the AGE DEFENSE

CC CREAM.

What 3 items you have with you at all times?

I never ever leave the house without my lipstick and my

phone.

What projects are you currently working on?

HL is always a pioneer in effective skin care formulations.

My colleagues in the R&D are working hard towards the

new launches we have prepared for the second half of

2017 and we are starting new projects that will be ready

in 2018. Many people don’t know but the timeline for

a product line to be launched on the market is based

on many months of hard work in the R&D, followed my

months of hard work in the marketing department.

In addition to new product development we are preparing

the finishes on the product lines to be launched in 2017

with new and amazing lines to be released during the

year.
