Analysis of the kind of assessment used in the
school.
Due to the presentation teachers will analyze in groups the different assessment implemented in the school if any. They will also discuss in groups what changes could be done regarding students and teachers needs. They will justify their reasons of changing.

To improve and implement assessment regarding language and content
Placement
Creation of a test to place students in the correct grade taking into account: language, content and learning strategies.
Progress
Creation of new strategies of testing the progress of students taking into account students needs and level.
Establish specific dates for test from the very beginning of the year.
Creation of material to reinforce students who have learning problems. And implement periodical workshops.
Evaluation of Instruction
Periodical meetings to share experiences and problems during the process.
