These plagues hurt those who worship the beast. Since that is the Roman Empire, this is not about the end of time.

6th Bowl Dries up the Euphrates River to
allow kings (armies) to come. Suggests the outside attacks
that will destroy Rome.

Attacks by the Goths, Visigoths, Vandals, and Huns were major factors in the fall of Rome.

good. The 7th angels pours his bowl and a voice comes saying
It is done. It is all over.

1. Church is persecuted and martyrs ask “How long until God brings the persecutor down.
2. God replies that it will be a while for more are to be martyred for the cause.
