We are devoted to help you in your aesthetic and operational creativity. We use synthetic resins which allow us to create monoblock nursing station fixtures and fittings (no glue, seamless joints). Our systems are self-supporting, resistant to physical and chemical attacks, and adapted to every hospital department.

3 MANUFACTURINgOur modern plant with the resin manufacturing can provide various specifics models by casting acrylic

resin onto a rigid core reinforced by fibreglass. Our integrated wood workshop designs and manufactures the special moulds with our CNC machines together with all wood required taylor made equipment for hospitals (matching the acrylic resin worktops)

4 INSTALLATIONOn demand our experienced installation team can place the equipment in accordance with building specificities

and hospital standards. Our reactive and flexible team can also give their expertise in wood, electricity and plumbing technologies.

ACRYLIC RESIN

AN INNOVATIVE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MATERIAL

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Resinor products are based on unsaturated resins, pigments and additives, with fibreglass reinforcement. Our resin product is a multi-component non-porous durable material. Resistant to most chemicals as well as impact resistance. It is composed of 1/3 aluminium trihydrate, ISO NPG gel coat for special sanitary use, mixed with an unsaturated polyester resin in solution. The flat surfaces are reinforced with honeycomb structures.

MAINTENANCE AND HYGIENEExtremely functional, robust, stain resistant material. No special cleaning materials or treatments are required. Totaly hygienic thanks to its non-porous surface (resistant to bacteria, viruses, mold). The very latest developments in acrylic resins allow us to provide an “anti-bacterial” finish (directly in the mass).

RESIN COLOURS & FINISHES

MANUFACTURINGAll our products are monoblock (no joints, no bonding) easy to personalize to your individual needs.

Depending on the component to be manufactured, a wood or resin mould is prepared in the dimensions and shapes required. Then resin and fibreglass are projected simultaneously in order to obtain a single homogenous element.

We offer a wide range of colours (pigmented or plain) combining effective hygiene with aesthetic appeal.

Matt finish process for a pleasant touch and a modern appearance on demand.

Colour choice and samples are available on request. Possible colour match.

OTHER AREAS OF EXPERTISE

EMALIT GLASSEmalit glass providing a totally smooth surface easy to decontaminate. A specific manufacturing process provides this ecological material an high resistance to shocks and temperature.

MINERAL RESINNew-generation solid surface resin. Warm and velvety to the touch (as natural stone). Homogeneous in the mass. Available in sheets as well as in complex moulded forms (allowing the joining of different elements). Non toxic inert product, practically fireproof.

STAINLESS STEEL Stainless steel austenitic rust-resistant steel for general use. Rust-resistant quality obtained by the formation of chromium surface oxide. Non-magnetic. Excellent resistance to corrosion (low carbon). Inert nature not affecting the organoleptic properties (when in contact).

DESIGNOur engineering and design office advises and designs fixtures for nursing stations, combining excellent design with top functional performance. A wooden plate is glued under the resin bench if suspended (solidity).

Providing laboratory fixtures and fittings is an exacting and demanding task meeting stringent requirements in hygiene functionality and aesthetics. Acrylic resin technology allows various specific solutions. The monoblock design concept combines head and frontboards integrating smooth curves for tanks and draining boards, all in one. Accordingly to the type of support (suspended, frame, furniture...) the installation will be adapted.

1 and 2 Designed in the framework of the room of the future (concept room), this column is intended to distribute hydroalcoholic solutions by a misting system (more homogeneous and economical than gel) at entrance of the room. It also provides storage space for over-shoes, caps and gloves.

PERSONS WITH REDUCED MObILITY (PRM)Our changing tables are designed to make the everyday work of persons with reduced mobility easier. Being mounted on jack screws, it is extremely easy to adjust the table height. New models are currently in production with siphon and invisible canalisations for optimum hygiene.
