ETAP Demo Restrictions The ETAP Demo is a working copy of the full version of ETAP for demonstration purposes only. It contains limitations not present in the commercial version. These limitations are listed below: 60-Day Trial Period The demo may be extended for an additional 60 days by contacting OTI with your Return Code. Note: The Return Code is specified within all the Demo Limitations dialog boxes. Return codes are different for every computer the demo is installed. Uninstalling and reinstalling the ETAP Demo will not automatically extend the trial period. One-Line Diagram Maximum number of AC buses: 12 Maximum number of DC buses: 10 Note: Deleted buses are moved to the Dumpster and are considered as part of the project. To purge deleted buses from the project, delete the Dumpster cells. Unlimited components may be added except for Panels and Phase-Adapters. Project Files and Study Results Elements, data, and configuration can be modified but cannot be saved. Study results displayed on the one-line diagram reflect all modifications. Output reports, viewer, and plots are restricted to the original values. Library Limited to a few sample models from different manufacturers. Adding and copying devices is disabled. Active Analysis Modules Load Flow Short-Circuit (ANSI and IEC) Star (Device Coordination) Time Current Curve - Limited to 5 Star views Star Sequence-of-Operation Underground Raceway System (UGS) - Maximum of two raceways are allowed, each with a maximum of two conduits/locations - Maximum of two external heat sources are allowed
