Interior works at Niagara progress, structural works for towers 2 to 4 continue

Aluminum and glass door installation at Acqua’s first tower, the Niagara, continue this month simultaneous with exterior and interior painting works and the placement of drywall and balcony railings. Construction is also on-going for the Niagara’s structural crown at the roofdeck of the building. Meanwhile, Sutherland progresses to 26th floor level formworks and rebar installation, while mechanical, electrical and plumbing works are on-going on the lower floors. Following pile capping activities for Acqua’s third tower, Dettifoss, column bar and shearwall starter bar installation are underway. Livingstone has reached the third level formworks for its basement parking level. Acqua Private Residences is developed by Century Limitless Corporation under Century Properties Group Inc. It is located in Mandaluyong City and is a 10-minute drive from Makati, accessible via the Makati-Mandaluyong bridge and the new Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge.
