This catalogue is the presentation of a new
company Acoustek, a young spanish brand
with a multi-skill team that have been
involved in woodwork and joinery projects in
the international market for a long time.
In Acoustek we love wood, in any form, and
we have been involved in projects throughout
much of the world where wood has played a
major role.

Wooden panels could be
used to cover curved
ceilings and walls without
losing its natural strength.
Besides its aesthetic
qualities, wood paneling in
corridors and passageways
contributed towards
strength and durability along
with reduced maintenance.
The warmth of the
wood gives a new
look to areas such
as stairwells
where traditionally
finish are more
cold and
impersonal.

Nowadays in business centers and
offices buildings, architects and
interior designers combine different
materials in order to reach
comfortable environments for people
to work in. The simplicity and
elegance of smooth wood panels fits
perfectly in such environments where
metal and ceramic elements are
combined resulting in a modern and
minimalist interior design.
09
The continuous technological
development of society today
requires that we pay special attention
to the acoustic design of the spaces
or rooms where we live and work.
Whether in hospitality, cultural, sport
and retail markets, we consider wood
as one of the most suitable product
to achieving optimum acoustic
conditioning.

The acoustic conditioning by any
premises must be made in the design
phase of the project since the
geometry is a key factor in order to
get an optimal result.
Acoustek stems from the desire to
offer a global solution for acoustic
conditioning putting the focus in the
final interior design.
13
Round perforation provides a classic and
elegant design with a moderate perforated
surface which meets the requirements in
spaces where an acoustic absorption is
required for medium a low frequencies.

Beside the use of a room, the
geometry and shape of the inner
surfaces thereof define the acoustic
conditioning necessary.
The definition of required volume and
design of the interior surfaces of the
relevant enclosed space is necessary
in order to achieve the acoustic
conditions most suitable for the type
of activity to be performed.

Acoustic panels are defined because of the
perforation of its surface join to the
acoustic fleece on rear face.
The slotted panels have a design and a
higher perforated surface so that they could
effectively help to reduce the reverberation
time in a room.
18
This model is technically known as
resonator and are used to absorb low
frequencies so the optimal reverberation
time can be reach.
Acoustek aims to offer a new concept for
interior design joining high standard
materials, as wooden panels, with a noise
control of the spaces where being installed.

Inside the contract market, in education
and sport projects as auditoriums, schools,
colleges and sport halls, the acoustic
wooden panels are perfect because apart
from their acoustic performance also
provide a high impact resistance which
together with its low maintenance allows
extended use over time.
24
Hotels, Exhibition Centers and public
Administration conference buildings have
rooms where the speaker should
communicate with his audience with the
best possible conditions, and at the same
time, an atmosphere and nice design would
help to enhance this communication.

In people spend most of meeting rooms
time working intensively and making
important decisions for companies.
Our main purpose is that people can
develop the planned work the best way
possible in the most comfortable
environment

Stone and wood: two materials that are
traditional in our area and that have been
fascinating the whole world for centuries.
Wood have been chosen as the main
material for doors during long time and
following this tradition in Acoustek, we
design, manufacture and distribute wooden
doors for exterior and interior use.

integration between walls and doors so a
continuation of the wall finish surface. A
new concept in interior design arises with a
wide range of finishes.
This outstanding result is reached thanks
to removing traditional structural elements
such as jambs and door frames, and using
new metallic sub-frames built-in the wall.

The combined use of the doorframe built-in
the wall, with the use of hidden hinges
allowing the door to be perfectly coplanar
with the wall. Choosing a natural wood
finish on a white paint finish enhances the
nobility of wood finish, adding a touch of
class.
These doors are equipped with magnetic

Another striking design involves the
installation of a fixed wooden lintel of the
door so that the surface of said door
reaches from floor to ceiling.
The use of flashing straight cut one-piece
floor to ceiling emphasizes the compact
and robust design.
Removing the

the perimeter of the
door results an
impressive design

living areas.

Sliding doors are a
doubly attractive
product because
on one hand serve
to optimize space
transforming it
into a most
versatile use and
secondly, the wide
range of finishes
and the use of
concealed fittings
can be fully
integrated within
the overall design.

Counters.
Counters play a principal role in the interior
design and decoration because they are
usually one of the first elements you may
see in public buildings.
The selected design using straight lines
without moldings, and a high gloss finish
lacquer in white emphasizes the rest of the
decorative elements, leaving the furniture in
a plane more discrete in order to achieve a
balanced final environment.

This furniture
should be adapted
to join the interior
design and the
use of the space
without losing
sight of customer
requirements.
Tables.
Our technical expertise is available to
architects and designers to develop made-
to-measure projects as this large table with
a simple but powerful design
simultaneously. Bespoke joinery and
furniture is one of our strongest
performance fields.
48
The resulting contrast of using industrial
construction products so different as
metallic beams with natural wood joinery
emphasizes the whole design transmitting
a strong feeling of solidity.
This multifunctional and tailor-made
furniture brings the solution to this
challenging project consisting in providing
a reduced space with the elements needed
for a normal living.

wooden furniture with compact and simple
shapes but with a commanding presence
due to the dark wood veneer, as well as the
grain of it, that helps to highlight the
natural stone basin as the main element of
decoration.
