Sourcing the Evidence

•What will demonstrate that you are doing this right?

•Enlist help of IT, Finance, HR.

•Consider what formats you want to use – does it need to be a policy? Can a flow chart or a statement provide evidence you need?

•There is a lot of information you could use so be selective

•If submitting a large Trust wide policy highlight the section which is relevant and you want the assessors to focus on.
