MEET JOEYDad taught me two of three rules of business: belief & commitment. I had to learn strategy all on my own.

When he died at just 60 years old, it taught me one more lesson: we shouldn’t have to sacrifice our lives FOR our business…like he did. Like I was doing.

The two things that shaped me the most were how my parents gave up everything for us and how important it is to stop giving up our lives for “someday”.

It’s becoming clearer that my purpose is to impact the people I meet & help them realize & correct, sooner rather than later, the negative consequences of their own sacrifices.

The truth is I’ve made a lot of mistakes. I’ve failed at many ventures; have built businesses with selfish goals and lost/ignored precious moments & time in the process. I’ve disrespected family & friends. I’ve struggled along the path to “success”, run from the truth & blamed the world for everything when it was not going “my way”.

But my life and business changed because I changed. I discovered how to live in alignment with my values & purpose. It wasn’t easy. I still fall back into bad habits. I still make mistakes. The difference is I OWN it & take responsibility for EVERYTHING.

I know in my heart anyone can change because my clients have proven it over & over.

Beyond any doubt, those I inspire to become successful with revenues to gain their freedom & reconnect their lives are the ones who should have the spotlight. They are the real giants of success. WHAT IS THE F.O.C.U.S. METHOD?I’ve created the F.O.C.U.S. method to help you create the momentum, productivity and structure you need to build your business & grow your income…in the right order at the right time.

It is a complete, adaptable system for your business.

F = Focus / First things first: To effectively get more business , more customers & more income, you need to know where you ARE. You need to identify TODAY’S obstacles. You need to focus on what’s REAL and get “present” to your goals, values and habits. Without focus, you’re running around trying to do to many things at once (multi-tasking). There is no plan and you’re reacting to each day and people rather than pro-actively building a business around your life.

O = Organize & Optimize: now that you know exactly what ‘point A’ looks like, we can organize the chaos and optimize your time. We’ll plan how to productively use your time to build your business, but we’ll also make sure you are not “pulled away” from your life. Most entrepreneurs believe they have to ‘sacrifice’ in order to get what they want later. I’m not a big believer in that (anymore) because it never worked for me, nor has it for the thousands of others that I model in my business today. A successful business is about living life FIRST and fitting the components into your life to sustain your dreams.

C = Customize & Create: Taking the applications, ideas, strategies & systems you discover with me, and customize them to work in your own life. This is the KEY component. We know the systems and structures are already out there; but there’s too much of it - we just need someone to help us create the perfect structure for our personalities and learning styles that keep motivated & moving forward.

U = Utilize: it makes no sense to strategize and build a plan if you are not willing to put in the effort to use it. There is no way of building a sustainable business other than putting the respectable incubation time and effort in, measuring the progress and adjusting along the way. This is NOT the same as sacrificing and guessing your way through life. This strategic approach to using what you’ve optimized and created is critical to grow productively.

S = Strengthen & Scale: The end result for you should be to scale your business. To expand and leverage your time while the business takes care of itself (sustainable). Most entrepreneurs fail at doing this and end up having a high paying job they can never leave because it ALL depends on them being there to run it.
