If 2nd-5th grade students support all answers with evidence through

reading, writing, or discussion in at least 90 % of instructional activities and questions at the divergent and

evaluative levels are asked of students daily in each content, then we will increase the percentage of

students that score 80% on eValuatereading and mathematics.
