N.ote: The purpose of this test is two fold. First is to provide a means of self-assessment to the candidates. Second, toaid the employers in pre-assessing candidates to be considered for employment. The scores have been calculatedusing weighted average for. individual competency areas suitable for the lTeS industry. The competence areas, theaverage.lTeS industry requirement and the corresponding weighted averages have blen pre-compiled using inputsreceived from several companies in the lTeS domain. The iandidates'-scores in respective cbmpetenc! aieasindicate the candidates' levels of strengths or weaknesses at the time of taking the test. Sdch scores may change at alater time depending on the candidates' levels of self-improvement or deterioration and/or tne candldates'performance at the time of taking such test. This test and the iorresponding report do not guarantee employment ofany nature nor do they-suggest incompetence or un-employability. Howevei, it is recommenOeO that the cahdidatesuse this report to identify their areas of weaknesses, if any, and work diligently to improve upon such areas.
