The business has undergone an extensive vetting process from Safe Contractor and CHAS who are established as the market leaders for health and safety compliance in the UK. Ace Insurance Contractors Ltd has gained full accreditation in both these schemes.
Our fully qualified tradesmen take pride in their work and are 100% committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our work in the main comes from being an approved contractor for several of the major insurance companies, loss adjusters, referrals by past clients, recommendations from Architects, Solicitors, Management Companies, Surveyors and other professionals. Our comprehensive and accurate estimates / reports are based on a schedule of rates and backed up by digital photographs of the property and damaged areas all in keeping with today’s insurance industry. Existing/ recent claims range from a few hundred pounds to claims up to £100,000.00 pounds.
The company has all its own in-house employees including a fully qualified quantity Building Surveyor with over 25 years experience, seven years of which were as staff surveyor with one of the leading loss adjusting companies. Other in house dedicated employees comprise a contracts manager with over 30 years experience, General Builders, Joiners, Painters, Plasterers, Plumbers, Roofers, Electricians and Tilers. The company operates from office premises in the centre of Edinburgh and its fleet of livered vehicles responds to calls within the EH postcodes. We work to ensure all customers are fully satisfied, dealing with them both professionally and sympathetically and on completion of all works request they fill out a company satisfaction note. We are also used to working to fixed service level agreements (SLA’s) for a number of clients.
