7. Paper plate making machine. Available with a pressing capacity of 2, 4 and 8 tons the Hydraulic Paper Plate Making Machine can produce paper plates and donas of size 3 to 15. These machines can produce up to 6000 plates per hour. Different types of paper of 80 to 350 GSM can be used to make plates. 8. Oil Filtration and Transfer Units We manufacture Portable Oil Filtration and Transfer Units with standard units of 20 and 40 lpm. However, flow capacity up to 60 lpm are manufactured. Higher flow rate units are made as stationary skids. Hydraulic Cylinders Made using Honed/Skived or Roller Burnished seamless tubes, we manufacture cylinders as per the customers specification. Large diameter cylinders are manufactured out of steel stock and then honed to desired (H8) tolerance. Piston rods are made from high tensile hard chrome plated and ground steel bars.
