Accountancy Future Leaders Programme Unleash Your Leadership Potential About the Programme “Accountancy Future Leaders Programme” is a six-month programme developed by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in partnership with the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC). The programme provides a structured and formalised professional development pathway aimed at developing selected individuals of accounting firms, in particular the Small and Medium Practices (SMPs), in leadership capabilities which is essential for succession planning. Programme Objective • Gear up future Accountancy sector leaders with leadership capabilities, market insights and connections for regional expansion. Improve the competitiveness of SMPs Provide tactical and practical assistance to enhance the quality of SMP services Showcase best practices and latest practice management techniques Content and Structure The programme consists of four core components - E-Learning Target Participants professional accountants working for accounting firms, in particular SMPs, specifically the high potential leaders (minimally one level below Partner) identified by the managing partner, or middle to senior level officers with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. About the Programme
