- Send memo to all provinces regarding the list of enrolled beneficiaries of ESGPPA for sy 2015-2016
- Attend NPMO-RPMO Meeting at Estosan Garden Hotel
- Updated ESGPPA Presentation for NPMO-RPMO Meeting
- Set timetable of activities such as Highschool Profillling, CSO Forum and able to present it during meeting
- Consolidates list of enrolled EGSPPA scholars from SUCs
- Gathered issues and concern from POO in line with the implementation of ESGPPA. Some of the issues are: 1. Stipend for the 2nd semester of enrolled grantees from SSC and BSC have not yet downloaded by the DBM to the respective SUCs. 2. Some SUCs collect enrollment fees.3. Book refunds and among others.
- Sent issues and concerns to NPMO via email in preparation of NSC-RSC Zona Meeting in Cagayan de Oro on August 26, 2015.
- Sent invitation letter to SUCS in line with NSC-RSC Zonal Assembly Meeting on August 26, 2015 at MSU Engineering Blg, Cagayan de Oro.
- Seek confirmation of invited SUCs for the NSC-RSC Zonal Assembly Meeting. Out of 7
SUCs invited 5 SUCs delegates attended the said activity.
- Finalization of IPC and IPCR and attachments.
- Made slide presentation of Highschool Profilling Orientation

- Gathered issues and concern from POO in line with the implementation of ESGPPA to be raise during the NSC. Some of the issues are: 1. Stipend for the 2nd semester of enrolled grantees from SSC and BSC have not yet downloaded by the DBM to the respective SUCs .As of October 5, 2015 the stipend of student grantees enrolled at Basilan State College have already released to them.
- Update on the issues and concerns re: MSU Marawi list of enrolled ESGPPA Grantees. As per instruction of the National
SGPPA Committee during their quarterly meeting all list of enrolled esgppa grantees at MSU System will be submitted to NSC for validation of DSWD CO and RPMO for confirmation of the NSC as a requirement for the downloading of funds.

- Draft and send out memo to provinces re: extension on the submission of validated list on ESGPPA
- Send out invitation letter for the 7th
RAC meeting to stakeholders and other agencies.
- Secured venue for the conduct of RAC- Prepared necessary documents for RAC
such as briefers, minutes of the previous RAC, 7th RDCW Workshop output
- Send out retraction letter re: postponement of the scheduled 7th RAC Meeting due to the conflict activity the ECOWATCH in Marawi City on the same set date.
- Send out invitation letter to partner stakeholders and other invited agencies such as DA,DENR,DAF,DOLE,TESDA, and DTI re: 8th Regional Directors Consultation Workshop (RDCW) on December 3-7, 2013 in PALAWA.
- Facilitate the downloading of funds from NPMO to RO intended for the travelling expenses of the participants of 8th RDCW.
- Prepared itinerary of participants of RDCW
- Assist CSO Focal re: MOA signing of UNYPAD RANAO
- Send out letters to partners stakeholders re: Cancellation/ postponement of the 8th RDCW due to Typhoon Yolanda, attached the official communication letter of NPMO
- Meeting with Regional Secretary together with Maam ASEC and MaamNida re: Moa signing of UNYPAD and schedule of the RAC Meeting as a result, The RAC meeting has been scheduled on December 11, 2013 at 9:00 AM. With the approval of RS, MaamAsec and MaamNida CSO Focal Johaina, RPC and I were
instructed to go to Marawi City to Validate the UNYPAD RANAO as one of the requirement for MOA signing.
- Meeting with COS in preparation of the upcoming Convergence Caravan in LDS, Committees were formed
- Communicated through text to DOLE, DAF & DOLE to join in our booths for the Caravan
- Prepared TO and IT for the validation of UNYPAD RANAO, Meeting with VP Alma and Meeting with POO in Preparation of Convergence Caravan

Validation of UNYPAD RANAO, Meeting with VP ALMA of MSU SYSTEM & Meeting with POO
- Conductedoffice visitation/validation to justify the existence of UNYPAD-RANAO, Inc. in Marawi City. We are also accompanied by Provincial Social Welfare Officer, Provincial Link and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer from Provincial Office of Lanao Del Sur in visiting the office of UNYPAD-RANAO, Inc.Further, the team determined that UNYPAD-RANAO, Inc. is an existing and qualified Civil Society Organizations after having an assessment in their submitted documents and physical visibility of their office in Marawi City. Therefore, UNYPAD-RANAO, Inc. is capable to conduct Family Development Session (FDS) with sufficient skilled staff and adequate experiences.
- Issues and concerns in line with the implementation of SGPPA in ARMM were addressed during the set meeting with VP Berowa, who also the focal person of MSU System for the SGPPA. Both parties agreed that the remaining unutilized
funds intended for the scholars will be given to the grantees who were enrolled at MSU Maguindanao and Sulu since at the beginning of the implementation of the said program those grantees haven’t received their stipend, provided that the DSWD-ARMM should write the CHED Central office requesting that the unutilized funds intended to SGPPA will be given to the said province. The funds will serve as a backpay for the student grantees of the said province.
- Meeting with POO in line with the upcoming activity the Convergence Caravan the POO requested for the postponement of the said activity due to limited time for the preparation and they must addressed first the issues on the biometric payout of the beneficiaries since its almost 8 months that the beneficiaries haven’t received their grants. As a result, the POO schedule biometric registration on their spill over on December 4-8, 2013 and payouts on December 9-30,2013.

- Consolidates issues and concerns on the validation of 3,854 potential beneficiaries.
