Paddington Skate Park upgrade – Stage 1 July 2015 Proposed project design The project plan shows the alignment of the stage 1 upgrade, which is positioned at the corner of Neal Macrossan Park closest to the intersection of Hale Street and Caxton Street. Stage 1 of the Paddington Skate Park upgrade will renew and refresh some of the deteriorated skateable space at the park. It will also improve safety, amenity and accessibility for users and spectators. The project plan shows the twelve new features that will installed as part of Stage 1. These include several new transitions, flat banks, hubba features, ledges, a rail, spectator seating and direct access to Caxton Street from the south-eastern corner of the skate park.
