The primary purpose of the Servo-Type Swing Gate is single or dual direction control of pedestrian access for industrial enterprises, administrative establishments, banks, offices, shops, stations and other sites. Due to its unique shape and variety of models, it can suit any interior.

Principle of operation

The initial position locking gear underlies the operation of the Servo- Type Swing Gate. Rotation of the bar in either direction is blocked at the initial position when the electromagnet is engaged, so access is impossible. When a command signal authorizing access is entered from the control panel:• The gear rotates the bar 90°;• The gear returns the bar to its initial position after a pedestrian has passed.The Servo-Type Swing Gate can be controlled manually via the control panel. If the “Permit” button is pushed and held down, the gear rotates the bar 90°. If the button is released, the bar is returned to its initial position. If the “Free Access” button is pushed, the gear rotates the bar 90° and holds the bar in position. If the “Free Access” button is released, the bar is returned to its initial position. When the power network is switched off, the Servo-Type Swing Gate is automaticly supplied power from a backup power source (12 V batterery, 7 A.h) operable for at least 4 hours.

This is a “double-identification stage” or “migration” system. Based on Sweeper and Sweeper-HG models. It is like “constructor” so you can order system you need: with both waist-height glasses; with both full-height glasses; with one waist-height and one full-height glasses.

Also there are plenty of space for additional equipment (like ACS or for some identification devices). It is situated in the beginning and at the middle of whole system. Also you can order any additional post or holder for identification devices (for example for IRIS reader; finger-print; face-recognition; etc).It can me only single-passage or multi-passages. The main place of usage – airport. Both for internal or international terminals.

SPEED BLADE

The «JETPAN» is designed similar to «SPEEDBLADE» turnstile. The only difference of «JETPAN» is high glass panels 1.5m high. Due to this you get effective protection of your site comparable to full-height turnstiles, but at the same time more graceful solution for stylish lobbies of office centers, banks, state facilities. With ticket payment systems next tasks are effectively solved:

• Organization of ticket sales;• Setting different rates, routes and additional services;• Implementation of “club” systems and discounts;• Availability of customer personification;• Reports generation 24/7;• Online, cash desk or terminal payment or all-in-one payments;• Availability to customize the system to any specific objects and tasks.

The ticketing system consists of basic software and hardware:

1. Compatible barriers: turnstiles, doors, gates, elevators, barriers, bollards, road blockers.2. Identification devices: barcode scanners, access cards readers, readers of identifiers imbedded in the special bracelets, etc.3. Service software modules: - Ticket sales module; - Administrator; - Configuration module; - Reports generator module;4. Database server (centralized storage of data).

Purpose of service software modules

“Ticket sales module” – allows processing the sale of tickets for cash, bank transfer or credit. It can be realized through cash desk, automatic payment terminal or via the Internet.“Administrator” – allows to set rates and manage the services.“Configuration module” – managing the software and hardware configuration of system.“Reports generator module” – allows preparing different reports on system and user activities.

Thanks to system’s flexibility, our system can be customized for any task execution and to connection to any hardware.

Parking control system

The new product of our company is the parking control system. This is the type of control and ticketing system with definedfunction to organize the paid parking lots.

Our system has very serious functional properties, allowing to realize the options thet yet are not presented on the market. But it’s worth mentioning, that due to local development and usage of powerful base of the previously released systems, our system is much more affordable than the available analogs.

Our system can be used both for small private parking lots and networks all around the city. The possibility of full-automatic fee payment, as well as «manual» cash desk, is foreseen. Analogous to basic ticket-pass control system, our system allows to form reports, which simplifies control over staff of the parking lot.

The function of selling particular parking place is interesting as well. With special equipment the system registers whether the place is free or not, and directs the driver to the available parking place. Thus queueing on entry, as well as pointless wandering around, is avoided.

Automatic parking system is aimed to serve both individual and regular clients. At the same time, for the regular clients cash payment via automatic parking system is not provided.

By the need to provide paid access to the regular clients a fee system can be organised. The ticket validation time can be manually installed according to the paid fee. For the credit system scheme, ticket validation time is unlimited, but can be manually terminated if the credit of regular visitor has exceeded the maximum allowed.

When serving the individual visitors, the one-way parking ticket is the payment and control document for entance and departure. It’s obtained by the visitor on entrance parking terminal while entering the parking lot.

The parking fee is paid either at the provided casheer desk or with the help of automatic payment terminal. The second scheme involves entrance parking terminal where the paid ticket should be inserted.

Large site security systems based on the hardware and software system “Key-2”.

To ensure security of large military, industrial and administrative sites it is necessary to implement a package of actions due to their activity features, availability of strictly-controlled equipment and/or materials. Such package of actions normally includes the area perimeter external fence, personnel and visitor access control points (ACP), administrative procedure regulating personnel and visitor movement through ACP and inside the site.

In the modern context the tasks of perimeter, indoor rooms security and control over pedestrian movement are normally completed with application of appropriate equipment:

• perimeter and indoor rooms security alarm system;• site and indoor room personnel and visitor access control system through ACP;• CCTV system along perimeter, on site and inside some rooms.

The hardware and software system “Key-2” enables to integrate access control facilities, security alarm facilities and CCTV facilities into uniform system and obtain automated interrelated security equipment system.

Integration of the above facilities into uniform security system enables to minimize the number of on-duty operational personnel and provides ultimate objectivity of situation evaluation and efficiency of actions to be taken.

Application of Internet Protocols TCP/IP in package enables to build a security system of any size without technical restrictions by quantity and area layout of its components subject to provision with communication channels including via Internet.

Information on all events taken place in the automated system, including all actions on automated workstations (AWS) of servicing and operational personnel is saved in database, is displayed textually and graphically in operational personnel workstations and is accessible to further analysis.

Automated security (physical protection) equipment systems are created based on the hardware and software system “Key-2” and they are properly operated on a number of industrial, administrative and commercial sites including:

• nuclear power facilities;• ministries and departments;• pipelines;• health resort centers

The software system “Key-2” includes the following software modules:

Administrator – provides adding in the system and assignment to the personnel, servicing security system, the rights to activate the below software modules from automated workstations and the rights to use them;

Configurator - provides creation in database a hardware configuration image reflecting actual hardware configuration of access control system, security and other alarm systems, CCTV and their interconnection;

Card Index File – provides entry in database and support of security system users (personnel and other persons who are required regular access to controlled area to perform functional duties);

Monitoring and Control – provides graphical and textual display of current situation in controlled area including graphic and text information on security system equipment status. It also enables to acquire video images from CCTV cameras both by operator request and automatically upon occurrence of various events. This module is a basic tool for on-duty operational personnel enabling to evaluate real on-scene situation and take appropriate steps to prevent potential adverse effects.

Reports – enables to create templates for various reports and reports themselves according to templates created earlier. Templates are a set and location of criteria according to which reports are generated.

Master Controller – provides communication of the software system with the module equipment S’TERN on which the access control and alarm system hardware of different purpose is built.

Video Master – provides communication of the software system with CCTV equipment.

All above listed software modules are client applications of “ORACLE” data base.

The hardware and software system “Key-2” provides a number of special features:

• routing i.e. tracking of correct sequence of movement through access control points within the whole site;• rapid change of access control point operating modes;• visitor escorting by a person from appointed escort group;• personalized visitor escorting by a person appointed by escort;• temporary rapid change of access rights with their automatic return to basic rights after expiration of the fixed time;• access mode with validation by operator;• access mode with validation by room “host” with the use of video intercom;• display of attendance list for the specified area or particular room;• search of appropriate person location;• tracking of the relevant list person movement;• locking of security violator in the place convenient for detention;• display of the automated system current configuration «hardware tree» and status of each interrogated element of the system

The software «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500» features appropriate functionality for office Access Control System (ACS) of small-scale (more than one passways) and medium-scale (several tens of passways) to be used not so much for security as to ensure personnel and visitor movement tracking as well as their registration. The software «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500» coact with S’TERN module equipment.

The software system «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500» provides creation and booting of ACS configuration, creation and editing of user (cardholders) list, surveillance over system current events with possibility of manual operational control as well as generation of various reports. Any specialized data bases and site floor graphic layout are not used by this software. All user identification and automatic control decisions are made by the local controllers.

The software «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500» consists of the master program «LCA 5100» or «LCA 5500», the remote monitoring program «LCA-RM» and the report generation program «LCA-RG». The master programs «LCA 5100» and «LCA 5500» are different the following «LCA 5500» is able to interact simultaneously with many local controllers networked by means of interface RS-485 but «LCA 5100» can be connected only to one local controller. In these programs the administrator user is able to restrict the operator user rights regarding alteration of the system configuration. Possibility of surveillance over ACS current events and access manual operational control is reserved by operator regardless of the specified rights.

For surveillance of passways requiring special attention (for example, building access) in the software system «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500», there is a remote monitoring program module «LCA-RM» displaying photos of cardholders whose access is granted or denied. Furthermore, the remote monitoring program module enables to perform manual operational control over the passways to be surveilled.

The software system «LCA 5100»/«LCA 5500» includes the module «LCA-RG» to form various reports including time attendance reports. This module enables to form reports of events occurred in security system, according to selected criterion and for selected period. The report generation criteria are such attributes as passways or passway groups, particular access cardholders or the whole departments, single event or group of events. Time attendance report can be generated separately.

The module equipment S’TERN is used to build an access control system and security alarm system, which includes:

• access and alarm controller S’TERN AC-5104 – provides storage of local database containing hardware and logic configuration of the equipment connected to the controller, interrogates input-output modules and makes decisions on granting access based on information obtained from input-output modules, and/or generates messages about occurred events;

• input-output modules S’TERN IO-5104, S’TERN IO2-5104 – provide connection of one or two proximity card readers and/or keypads and control of actuators by means of relay output;

• input-output module S’TERN AU-5104Sec – provides connection of various detectors to parametrical module inputs and control of actuators by means of relay output and “open collector” type outputs;

• input-output module S’TERN AU-5104io – provides connection of sensors to general purpose logic inputs and control of actuators by means of relay output and “open collector” type outputs;

• interface module S’TERN RS-5104 – provides communication between controller S’TERN AC-5104 and master controller via interface RS-232 or via interface RS-485 as well as communication between controller S’TERN AC-5104 and remote input-output modules via interface RS-485;

• interconnection board (mounting rack) S’TERN BP-5104 – provides space-saving arrangement of input-output modules and their energizing.

The module equipment S’TERN enables to implement both centralized and distributed equipment layout options depending on controlled object layout.
