What is a TEK?An example of a TEK:

The student is expected to classify whole numbers, integers, and rational numbers using a visual representation such as a Venn diagram to describe relationships between sets of numbers.

OrThe student will distinguish between a debit and credit cardOrThe student will extend representation for division to include fraction notation such

as a/b is equivalent to a ÷b whereas b ≠ 0

LTMS/HBMS use one textbook – Holt Math GOMATHAccelerated Math uses Holt GOMATH and Everyday Math

We begin our class everyday with a warm up.
