Transcript of ACB Link’s Debit Order Reduce your bank charges significantly by making use of ACB...
Our range of debit order services enable you to collect funds reliably and cost-effectively. We can channel funds directly into your bank account
or collect funds on your behalf. Supporting services include free bank account validation, collection reconciliation and reporting.
• A few days prior to the debit date, our client sends a file to ACB Link
• ACB Link’s software validates the file
• ACB Link sends an error report back to the client – indicating errors or confirming that the file has been successfully validated prior to submission for processing
• Once errors have been corrected, ACB Link’s software sends the file for processing, via a secure dedicated channel
• The debits are processed and the nominated account is credited
• ACB Link compiles unpaids reporting and sends this to the client to recover the outstanding funds
