We also support educational organizations and companies to recruit, develop, place (PhD) students and professionals. Career Orientation • Job profiles and advertisement analysis • Job market analysis & orientation • SWOT analyses of employers, assessment & career planning • Networking, industry & study visits, workshop organisation Find a Funded Ph.D. / Post-Doc Assignment Worldwide (except India) • Support in finding vacancies, also those that are not advertised through our network (recruitment and executive search) companies. • Preparing applications (advertisement analysis, CV, motivation letter) • Support in arranging and preparing for interview/ salary negotiation. Academic Positions, Faculty Openings, Coaching & Training • Support with managing job performance • Support with working effectively in teams, with colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders. Provisional Fees Estimate (Career Program) • EUR 847,- as registration fee (non-refundable) • 10% of the quoted brochure fee of course, training program in lieu of course selection and support with the paperwork for admission. This fee will be refunded in case the visa does not happen. • 20% of the grant on the full amount received for funding the study in the 1 st year (unless paid by employer) in lieu of professional fees for arranging financial aid for the course (which includes, grants from the university). • 20% of the salary for a period of 1 year or less depending on the contract duration in lieu of coaching.
