• Chairs and Secretaries will be offered mentoring to support them in their role. This will be provided by experienced Chairs and Secretaries. Colleagues who wish to be mentored can express interest on today’s attendance sheet.

• Staff development is compulsory to fulfill the role of Chair or Secretary.
