2009 Salary Bands
Pay bands increased using California CPI– $46,000 and under– $46,001 - $92,000– $92,001 - $137,000– $137,000 and over
Medical Plans
Blue Cross Plans – few/no changes CIGNA – few/no changes HealthNet – support program for metabolic
syndrome Kaiser – coinsurance payment for infertility is
excluded from out-of-pocket maximum United Behavioral Health – no changes
2009 Staywell Program
Must be eligible as of 1/1/09 to receive incentive Incentive (new $$$ amount)
