Welcome

Dear Members and Partners! We first want to say that God deserves all the glory and honor because it is only because of His grace, power and promises that we’ve come this far by faith! Wow, it’s been ten years of walking in faith and love purposed to fulfill God’s covenant plan here in the city of Pasadena/Altadena vineyard! We praise God for every member and ministry gift that God has sent here throughout the years. “Our purpose has been to proclaim and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost and impact people’s lives to the point that their soul [mind, will, emotions] will sustain them and enable them to press on towards the higher calling of God. Therefore, establishing the covenant plan of God to equip the body of Christ and build the church for the end-time harvest.” To establish churches globally. When we started the ministry we had only 10 or 12 families and of course have multiplied over the years praise God. To date we have been able to impact people’s lives around the country through our churches and children’s orphanages in India. These ten years represents allot of wonderful times on this journey of faith but also allot of storms along the way that God has brought us through! It has been said that the number ten is one of the perfect numbers, and signifies the perfection of Divine order. It also represents completeness of order, marking the entire round of anything or any purpose. Every challenge we have faced in some small way has made us stronger, has challenged what we believe and made clear to us where we we’re in our walk of faith! We have been tried on every side but no weapon that has been formed against us has prospered as we have matured spiritually in this assignment! The number ten implies that nothing is wanting; that the number and order are perfect; that the whole cycle is complete. As I think of the warfare that we have gone through successfully with God being our shield and buckler it reminds me of Abraham’s trails. Abraham’s faith was proved by a completed cycle of ten trials:—1. His departure from Haran. 2. His flight to Egypt from the famine. 3. In the seizure of Sarah. 4. In his war to rescue Lot. 5. In his taking Hagar. 6. In his circumcision. 7. In the second seizure of Sarah at Gerar. 8. In the expulsion of Ishmael. 9. In the expulsion of Hagar. 10. In the offering of Isaac. We have declared this year is the year of Fulfillment and Kingdom advancement! We believe that God has called us to build a church body of people that would live a high impact life of faith, power and authority to fulfill God’s glory in the earth realm. It has been our assignment to love, teach and open the spiritual eyes of God’s people so they won’t be deceived or tricked by the enemy.

To those who have made a spiritual deposit in our lives, we salute you! I thank God for those who have been with us from the very beginning we praise God for placing you here and your faithfulness. To those who for some reason have moved on we appreciate the time you where here. Most of all we have learned the importance and value of family (our daughters and son in laws, grandchildren, mom and relatives) who have been there through out this journey of Faith. May the next 10 years be greater than the past ten years as we purpose to glorify God in all that we do! Ain’t No Stoppin Us Now! AHCC is on the move!

Our Aim is to empower males to be great individuals, hus-bands, fathers, business men, brothers and friends to those in their lives. Ultimately living the high impact life in and through Christ Jesus along with equipping men to have an impact on other men’s lives

We are proud to support college students living away from home. We understand that college can be a challenging time for young people, and realize that their faith may be tested during these years. The AHCC virtual campus is a place where students can receive and implement the Word of God into their studies.

We invite you to join our wonderful senior's ministry here at Abundant Harvest Christian Center. We know the value and wis-dom that seniors provide in the body of Christ and our monthly fellowships are a place to share advice, stories, testimonies, pic-tures of the grandkids and most importantly, the word of God.

Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of Abundant Harvest Christian Center. What a tremendous honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve with you in the ministry.

You’ve shown us what it really means to be a true man and woman of God and walk in integrity and truth and for this we are truly grateful. We’ve seen what it means to “love like Jesus” first hand and to walk in God’s wisdom. You are truly people of integrity. You’ve got a heart for God’s people and want them to reach their highest potential and be all they can be as victo-rious, overcoming children of God.

We know these past 10 years have been real “faith” years and we thank God for His goodness and total victory! Though there have been a lot of changes over the years, it just got better and better.

We are thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the Ministry Staff here at AHCC and to be able to support you to bring the vision to pass.

In 1999, Anthony and Micheline began to hold their meetings at the Double Tree Hotel in Pasadena as the size of the group expanded and families began to grow. The group continued to grow and faith-ful parishioners were established.

In April of 2000, Pastor Anthony McFarland was ordained by the world renowned Apostle Fredrick K.C. Price, pastor and founder of Crenshaw Christian Center and Ever-Increasing Faith Ministries. The following month the ministry was blessed and set apart for the work of the Lord and officially became a Church at the Armenian Center on Lake Ave.

Late in 2000, they leased a spot on Fair Oaks Avenue and did a com-plete renovation to the building to prepare it for church use. They put every cent they had into that proj-ect and it was beautiful. They build offices and put in new carpet, paint-ed, added new lighting and new plumbing – and so much more. The location was just perfect and the whole time, the church membership continued to grow. Now there were well over 100-150 people.

With no property at all to establish a church in the city of Pasadena, they began to look in Altadena. There just happened to be a church that was for lease and would be available in January of 2001. There were several other inter-ested parties but Abundant Harvest signed the lease and on the last Sunday of 2000 they moved out of the Fair Oaks Property and the next Sunday they moved in and held services at their new location on Woodbury Road in Altadena.

With no property at all to establish a church in the city of Pasadena, they began to look in Altadena. There just happened to be a church that was for lease and would be available in January of 2001. There were several other inter-ested parties but Abundant Harvest signed the lease and on the last Sunday of 2000 they moved out of the Fair Oaks Property and the next Sunday they moved in and held services at their new location on Woodbury Road in Altadena.

They were at this location on Woodbury Road for 5 years, and grew to over 350-400 During this time they were still look-ing for their own property where they could have their own church building and start up their com-munity services once again. In 2005 they began to have their services at the Eliot Middle School auditorium for their services for the next four years.

In 2008 they briefly moved into a property on Fair Oaks Avenue but it just did not work for the purposes of a church.

Next, they moved into the property on Lake Avenue in 2009 in Altadena where they are currently renovat-ing the building to establish their church home. This is finally where we will locate the Abundant Harvest Christian Center - permanently! There have been many trials of faith but it is actually fun now planning the construction and renovation of the church.

Apostle Frederick K.C. Price

A visionary, a prolific author, and recently affirmed an Apostle of Faith, Frederick K.C. Price has influenced a genera-tion of believers. Apostle Price is the Founder of Crenshaw Christian Center (CCC) in Los Angeles, California. He began CCC in 1973 and, since then, the church has grown to become a world-renowned ministry which boasts the prodigious FaithDome. Being one of the largest sanctuaries in the country, the FaithDome is a refuge of hope and an oasis of beauty in South Los Angeles with a congregation of about 22,000. Born on January 3, 1932 in Santa Monica, California, Apostle Price is the older of two sons of Winfred and Fred Price. He has one sister, Dr. Delores W. Jones. Apostle Price graduated from Dorsey High School and attended Los Angeles City College for two years. He received an honorary diploma from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1976 and a Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Oral Roberts University in 1982.

Apostle Price is believed to be the first African American minister to broadcast on television with his powerful “Ever Increasing Faith” program. Today, “Ever Increasing Faith” reaches an estimated 15 million households each week, and airs in 15 of the 20 largest markets throughout the United States via “Ever Increasing Faith Television” (EIFTV). The ministry also hosts podcasts and publishes a quarterly magazine.In 1990, Apostle Price continued to fulfill his apostolic mission when he founded the Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries (FICWFM), now the Fellowship of International Christian Word of Faith Ministries, a worldwide fellow-ship that meets regularly to train ministers.

In 2001, Apostle Price established an East Coast church - Crenshaw Christian Center East. The current membership is almost 1,000. Apostle Price travels to New York regularly to teach the weekly Bible Study and Sunday service.

After more than 35 years of service, Apostle Price stepped aside as Head Pastor to formally install his son, Pastor Frederick K. Price Jr., as his successor. He continues to serve at the helm as the Chairman of CCC’s Board of Directors. Apostle Price still ministers in the FaithDome, and has a full schedule of speaking engagements throughout the na-tion and internationally.

The author of some 50 books on faith, healing, prosperity, and the Holy Spirit, Apostle Price has sold over 2.1 million books since 1976.

A devout husband, Apostle Price has been married to his wife, Dr. Betty Price, since 1953. He is also the proud father of four children. His daughters assist Apostle Price in ministry. The eldest, Angela Evans, serves as the President and COO of CCC; his second, Cheryl Price, is the Executive Vice President; and the youngest, Stephanie Buchanan, is the Executive Administrator. His son, Pastor Frederick Price Jr. is of course the Pastor of CCC.

In addition, Apostle Price and Dr. Betty have eight grandchildren, most of who work in the ministry: Alan Michael Evans (married to Carrie Ev-ans) and Adrian Marie Evans, who all work in the ministry; Nicole Denise and Allen L. Crabbe, III; Tyler Stephen, Justin Eric, and Sidney Trinity Buchanan; and Frederick Price V. They have two great grandchildren, Kamari Drake Stewart-Crowley and Akira Makai Evans.
