treatments that were compared with each other and tested, and it measures

behavior of a comparison group sub*ects. +irst, the atundan was left without any

preservative or powdered crab exoskeleton. econd, the researchers applied the

powderi-ed crab exoskeleton to the atundan and finally it was applied with the

commercially made preservative to the atundan.

ased on the number of days in which atundan was preserved, the

researchers found out that powdered crab exoskeleton as coating for atundan is

acceptable in terms of preserving atundan. (n both trials of the experiment, the

results show that powdered crab exoskeleton is effective in terms of number of

days. (t also showed that the number of banana in a bundle does not affect the

effect of powdered crab exoskeleton or any of the treatment stated in the study.

The findings showed that powdered crab exoskeleton is effective, rather than

without powdered crab exoskeleton and widely used method, in preserving

atundan.

The experiment showed results in which there was a significant difference

between the controlled variable and powdered crab exoskeleton in terms of days,

Treatment ' was the most effective for the preservation of atundan, and using

powdered crab exoskeleton will be an effective preservative for markets and

vendors. $ith theses results the study was a success given the results which

further made it true.
