Observe the particular site parameters such as RSCP, Ec/Io, CQI etc HSDPA/HSUPA testing and R99 Downloading Video/Voice call testing Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbour addition and

deletion and interference analyasis.Providing appropriate Tilts (Electrical /Mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve the coverage.3G DRIVE TEST - HSDPA & HSUPA drive testing for checking throughput in Network.

To improve Ec/No (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna Tilt changes and power changes, thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues.

Checking Co scrambling code issues and missing 3G-3G neighbors. Making a report for submission to customer for the site approval after the drive test

2G Responsibilty: Daily Monitor BSC/Cell/TRX level of major RF KPIs. Daily Worst Cells Analysis of major RF KPIs and take rectification steps to improve KPI. Responsible for Drive Test (Pre Drive & Post Drive of Cluster) Verification of planning data during the drive test e.g. Neighbor relations, Handover

parameters, MA list, HSN, BCCH verification, MAIO, LAC etc Identification of faults and issues during the drive test e.g. sector swaps (complete &

partial), BCCH clashes, Handover failures, Call drops, bad Quality and Rx level patches, missing neighbours, overshoots etc

Perform Drive Test of Bad Patches after Pre Drive test and analyze that log files and give suggestions on Bad Patches and Implement that suggestions before Post Drive

Verify the network, site functionality properly, antenna positions, antenna directions or tilts and swapped feeders.

Identify major call related problems (dropped calls, hardware problems, etc.). Verify Radio quality requirement on several different radio services. Verify Handover functionality performance. Joint Visits to observe issues. Handling customer complaints from RF end. Collect and analyse customer requirements. Documented reports using MapInfo 8.5. Technical site survey from RF end.
