OUR LOCATION

Another additional point would be that all the work is done on one location which is our workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia. We fully monitor our engineer from the starting of the work like stripping down of the Scooter for recondition-ready and build up the sidecar until the shipment of the unit to the agreed location by the customer.

This scooter is Vespa Piaggio PX150 1979, fully restoration. Better power, lightning and horn sounding perform consistently, easy to start engine.

The body is rust free, straight body, has been stripped down sanded to bare metal and repainted in Pink & Cream color. It can run up to 56mph without sidecar, and below 40 mph

(recommended) with passenger on sidecar max 170 lbs. Manual hand twist 4 speed transmission. 150 cc two stroke engine. Gasoline mixed with 2% oil.

The sidecar is made from ¾ inch tubular seamless pipe framework and with fiberglass that won’t rust and light. It is suitable for an adult weighing not more than 170lbs.

A single seated front, scooter with 3 wheels, inside using Bajaj engine 150cc, the purpose of this vehicle is to loading or unloading goods, or transporting goods with the speed up to approximately 45mph with four speed gears (including 4 forward gears and a reverse gear).

The normal forward gear would still be on the left hand side steering just like normal vespa scooter (1st backward, 2nd 3rd 4th forward). The reverse gear shift (see picture) would be on the right hand side, which located just underneath the fuel tank (easy operation shift).

The seats is made from synthetic leather cover seat with spring suspension.

The rear compartment made from wood with dimension approximately inside width106 cm x length 110 cm x height

28.5 cm. The scooter dimension around: length 2500 cm x height 852 cm x width 1260 cm.

Headlight installed on the front bumper from vespa fender light 50’s for you to get better vision at night time.

The front suspension is using vespa scooter suspension, while the rear suspension using bajaj 3 wheels suspension. And the drive train has a shaft and two chains inside.

The chassis is made from 2mm steel plate (rear) and 1.2mm for the front.

All wheels are standard vespa 50’s 8 inches scooter wheels.

All wheels are installed with brake, to feel safe when riding this three wheels scooter.

Ape Pick Up 5

The front handbrake would still be applied to front wheel, which is operating from right hand side of the steering.

The rear brake has hydraulic on the deck floor, to handle heavy load goods on two wheels on the back of the scooter.

There is left hand starter for the engine (pulled). The fuel tank on the right hand side can hold up to 6 liters and using mix fuel 98% of gasoline leaded or unleaded and 2% of oil.

The rear brake lights are installed on the back of the loading compartment, which are connected to the foot brake pedal when it’s operated. The turn signals are not available.

The exhaust is installed underneath the loading compartment.
