What is a Job Tryout?

• A candidate is selected to fill your available position

• The individual begins working on a trial basis with a Job Trainer provided by PersonnelPlus– The wages for both are paid by PersonnelPlus

– Both are covered under our Workers’ Comp

• Our trainer stays until the individual is trained and working independently and efficiently

• You decide to hire or to allow another candidate an opportunity to tryout for the position

• Once a candidate is hired, we will continue to follow-up to ensure the success of that individual

Following a Job Placement:

• Job Trainers follow up with the

employer and the employee on a

quarterly basis (at minimum) – for as

long as the individual is employed!

• Employers may request a trainer at

anytime to cross-train/teach new

duties and/or retrain an individual

A client and a Job Trainer work at your

PersonnelPlus pays the client and the Job

Trainer and both are covered under our
