Executive SearchSarah handles senior assignments on a search and contingency basis. Her focus is primarily in corporate and financial communications. Most of her candidates are sourced through referrals and many exclusively register with her.

With 14 years of recruitment experience, Sarah is widely acknowledged as a leading player in the sector. She ran The Works for a short time prior to going into partnership with Lynne Wilkins at which point they bought the business.

She has been involved with technology PR recruitment at The Works since 2004 and has over 15 years recruitment experience in total. Early in her career, she gained her first exposure to recruitment working in HR and went on to spent five years as an account handler within a top 10 PR consultancy when she moved to London before finding her niche in recruitment consultancy.

Financial CommunicationsMelissa supports with mid to senior level hires within a variety of leading corporate and financial PR agencies and in-house corporate communications team in the financial services sector.

She has a wealth of HR, PR and corporate communications recruitment experience. She started her career in PR before moving into recruitment, working in both agency and in-house. She was the Recruitment Manager for Brunswick for nearly four years, primarily responsible for resourcing at director level and below, in the UK and internationally.
