We reach high to achieve what the founder (artist, author, and creativist, Naje Aditi Badu {fka Kimberly Banks}) likes to deem "Creative Cause Contribution." Why? Because the callfor evolution and excellence needs to be answered, today. This site is my contribution to such an evolution. It is my stance on the equality of women around the world. It is my contribution. It is my attempt to leave humanity better than it was when I first arrived. Yet, I am fully aware that will take the voice, the strength, the skill, the imagination, the wisdom of first, every woman, and essentially every human being on this planet, to change the trajectory of mankind as we know it today.

Banks (now known as Naje Badu), that the lack of self-love is the difference between women who reach their full potential and those who struggle to find the power within to cultivate new possibilities daily. A Woman’s Guide to Loving Herself into Full Potential, Power and Possibility the author inspires us to take the first step out of fear or pain, and into love, fulfillment and our individual and collective destinies. Rather than solely encouraging us to re-discover the enthusiasm, grit, motivation, and accountability it takes to move our way ambitiously and excitedly into the lives we desire, Ms. Banks teaches us to love ourselves first.

FEATURE PRESENTATION Let Go of Your But!  - Overcoming Excuses  In this workshop, attendees are encouraged to surmount varied obstacles, hardships and challenges that deter women from achieving their ultimate success, reaching their maximum potential, and manifesting the self they envision. Women are empowered to distinguish the desires of our hearts as an innate “re-membrance” (coming together again with truth of mind) or “re- cognition” (thinking and re-thinking new thoughts that better suit our well-beingand center our emotional, physical, spiritual and mental aspects of self) of the intentions we chose before making our physical entrance into this world.

Naje Aditi Badu {fka Kimberly Banks})  Naje Badu currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia where she is continually expanding her passion for empowering women through her workshops, books and community initiatives. Her background is a culmination of fields including Journalism, Communications, and Psychology. She completed one year of the Inner Visions Life Academy (Inner VisionsInstitute for Personal/Spiritual Development under the teachings of Personal Development expert, Dr. Iyanla Vanzant).  It was through her course of study that she developed a passion for learning/studying Science of Mind, Metaphysics, aswell as, principles founded in Yoga, Taoism, Buddhism, and Christianity.  In January 2018, Naje Badu decided to take her ten years of cultivation, along with the experience of teaching, empowering, women to a higher plateau. Thus, she launched TheRhyze!, a company founded on the pledge to enrich the lives of women around the world who aspire to manifest the greatness that dwells inside of them. It is through Project Rhyze! where she collaborates with a coalition of artists, writers, and activists who are aligned in the ambition to incite positive transformation in the lives of women and their daughters. Each of these conduits is designed to help women of all ethnicity to discover and embrace their authentic truth and purposeful role in the divine order of life.

Naje Aditi Badu (aka Kimberly E. Banks) was born in raised in Los Angeles, California. First began to show her creative talents in the discipline of art at the age of five, when she began drawing pictures with a box of assorted colored crayons. Since those early years, she has developed into a well-respected artist, known for her patented “brick” style technique. Through her desire to create astounding, eye-catching illustrations, Naje has also developed a passion for writing as a means to paint more detailed images through word usage. Thus,there appears to be a great deal of storytelling in each of her pieces, most of which are centered on culture and music. Because of the many adversities she has faced and overcome, both as a child and as an adult, Ms. Badu believes she has a special “calling” in life to inspire others with similar backgrounds through her literature, art, and other relative platforms. As she is currently studying the works of activists - past and present - Ms. Badu isworking on pieces that depict that state of existence we are experiencing in this world. There are a vast number of races, cultures, classes, genders, and nations that are struggling against oppression. It is the artist's hope to use her works as a call to action for each of us to rise and stand for humanity.
