ABOUT AITAM Aditya Institute of Technology and Management (AITAM) is one of the Premier Engineering Institutions in Andhra Pradesh located at TEKKALI adjacent to NH-16 at a distance of 45 kms from its District Head Quarters, SRIKAKULAM and 150 kms from Visakhapatnam Airport. It was established in the year of 2001 with a group of Philanthropic Elites, Spread in a vast expanse of 40 acres amidst green pastures furnished with all the upgraded infrastructural facilities. It has a strong commitment to provide quality education in Engineering, Technology and Management Streams, Approved by AICTE, Accredited by NBA, NAAC & Recognized under 2(f) & 12(B) by UGC and permanently affiliated to JNTUK Kakinada. It is one among a few Technical Institutions in India under TEQIP Phase -II (A World Bank Assisted Ministry of HRD Project). About the Department Aditya Institute of Technology and Management established the Department of Master of Business Administration in 2006 with an initial intake of 60 students. Academic strengths of the department are much appreciated by 6 doctorates, exclusive infrastructural and technological resources, Business incubation centre ( Ministry of MSME), EDC activities, ACME (PDP centre) and Industry Institute Interface. Department is proud to announce the milestones associated with academics, research, consultancy and community services which have been dynamically continuous with certain granted activities such as a Major Research Project from UGC, grants from AICTE for different Conferences and Faculty Development Programs and Consultancy for Government Organization, NGOs’ and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). About the Program Advance in Research Methods and Data Analytical Tools is a structured framework of conducting research to address various issues and solve problems in a scientific and rational manner. For this, quantitative as well as qualitative data analysis using contemporary statistical techniques for conducting management research for better decision-making is an absolute necessity. This Two Week program is primarily targeted to Faculty Members of Management Institutions, Social Sciences, PhD Scholars and Other professionals who are engaged in research in the area of management and social sciences. It will also be very useful for those teachers who are teaching Research Methodology and Marketing Research. Besides the basic Research Methods, the advantages of updated Version SPSS 22.0 will be well discussed with Hands on experience ELIGIBILITY ✔ Faculty from various AICTE approved Universitites / Colleges / Institutions, working professionals from Industry/ R&D and other organizations. ✔ Research scholars work in various specializations of Management Studies and social sciences. Objectives 1. To expose the participants to the basics of research. 2. To develop understanding on right approach towards research design. 3. To develop knowledge on quantitative and qualitative research methods. 4. To enhance the analytical skills. 5. To provide an opportunity to researcher / research scholars to achieve proficiency with software (SPSS 22.0) 6. To facilitate research scholars in aiding their thesis as well as writting and publishing papers in National and International refereed journals. Certificate Certificates will be issued to the participants by the Host Institution. Registration form is available in the brochure or can be downloaded from the college website. Boarding, Lodging and TA Free Boarding and Lodging will be arranged for all participants during the entire program within the college campus.
