Red Ventures specialise in sourcing, qualifying and supplying the highest calibre ofgraduates and sales executives into the recruitment industry across the UK.

We pride ourselves on making sure that the candidate has the right experience to getinto recruitment, that they possess the correct personal attributes and that the client isable to offer the appropriate training and support to propel a candidate into a successfulcareer as a Recruitment Consultant.

In order to do this we have created an Academy which offers a comprehensiverecruitment assessment and training programme which sources, assess, trains anddevelops the next generation of recruitment talent.

The Academy Service:The Red Ventures Academy focuses on sourcing the best sales and graduate talent specifically for the recruitment industry and successfully been placing candidates across the UK.

The Service includes:

• Mass advertising as well as networking and headhunting from the "cream of the crop" graduates, sales people and sporting talent.

• A pre-screened telephone interview followed by a 45 minute competency interview conducted by our highly experienced Internal Recruitment Team.

• A full day's assessment centre with full recruitment information and tasks including group activities and cold calling to assess their sales capabilities.

• Pre-arranged interviews around our bespoke assessment days with our selected clients.• Optional bespoke training provided with a network of some of the UK's most highly

regarded trainers.

The Screening Process:

• 20 minute pre-screen• 45 minute competency interview• 1 day assessment centre• Continued aftercare

Throughout the process they are mentored by our team to ensure that results are maximised and reached within their first 6 months on site.
