I was born on January 30 1989 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

My mothers name is Karen Adams, my fathers name is James Burkhardt, and my step mothers name is Brenda Burkhardt. I have two brother Elvin and Zach and two sisters Jessica and Tiffany.
