Launching the art world year, the Fair welcomes some 23,000 visitors and 130 galleries from the UK, Europe and further a�eld including Singapore, Canada, Japan and Israel. London Art Fair will return to the Business Design Centre for its 33rd edition from 20 – 24 January 2021.
The Fair hosts three distinct exhibiting sections for both UK and international galleries:
Galleries: Featuring galleries displaying Modern and Contemporary Art; from established names to today's leading artists.
Art Project Section: Young contemporay galleries presenting curated displays of emerging artists from across the globe. Including: solo shows, group displays and large-scale installations.
Platform: Focusing on a single distinct theme every year, the section includes galleries presenting well-known, overlooked and emerging artists that align to the theme.
Year on year the Fair maintains its commitment to enable high quality engagement with art on show, through its highly regarded Talks and Tours Programme and curated presentations including:
Photo50: Our annual guest-curated exhibition of contemporary photography.
Museum Partnership: A showcase of key works from important regional collections.
Screening Room: A curated programme of collaborative �lm and new media initiatives.
Our well received VIP Programme provides a range of bespoke events and bene�ts during the Fair for key VIP clients, HNW Individuals and Patrons groups from the likes of: Barclays Premier, Citygroup, Linklaters, The Hepworth Wake�eld, The Dulwich Picture Gallery, The Lightbox Gallery, The Photographers Gallery, and Quintessentially.

About Platform
Launched in 2019, Platform is a brand-new exhibit focusing on a single distinct theme every year, covering either an artistic medium, movement or a geographical/cultural exploration.
The section gives galleries the opportunity to stage a combination of well-known, overlooked and emerging artists that align to the theme.
Now in its third year, the section has become a key highlight of the Fair; garnering strong support from collectors and press, with broad coverage including a feature in The Finan-cial Times.
Folk Art
The upcoming 2021 edition of Platform will explore Folk Art. At a time when the world is challenged and changing, curator Candida Stevens will look at our cultural heritage, our communities and our identity, and how artists working in the Folk tradition have chosen to pass on this knowledge and inspiration.
Folk Art is rooted in and re�ective of the cultural life of a community. Artists working in the Folk tradition today are telling stories, they are passing on inherited legacies, symbols, characters. The objects may be decorative when once they would have been utilitarian, but the passing on of knowledge remains the same.
The section will be inclusive of paintings, drawings, works on paper, textiles, pottery, woodwork and furniture.

Stands in the Platform section are subsidised by London Art Fair and range from 5.6m² to 13.75m² at a sqm. rate of £254 + VAT once the gallery has been accepted.
