• Be environmentally responsible in all facets of our business.

Gary L. Cram established CRAM Roofing in 1986 with two goals – first, to provide the ultimate in responsive customer service and second, to provide an unmatched quality of performance and product. Committed to differentiating his company through wide–open client communication (making it easy to do business with us) and project value (working within budgets and exceeding expectations), he knew it was critical to surround himself with employees of the same mindset. He heavily invested in technological training and procured the best equipment available. CRAM Roofing takes pride in our employee retention, and as a result our craftmen are consistent, motivated and thorough. This vision has driven our company to become a premier choice of general contractors, property managers, roofing consultants and commercial/governmental property owners throughout the country. We are known for our customer loyalty, realistic work schedules, completion date adherence, safety record, environmental responsibility and highly ethical work environment.

The Company objective was to establish itself in two distinct ways. First, CRAM Roofing was to have the best service department with the goal of setting the standard for being the most responsive roofing contractor in servicing customer’s chronic leak problems. The second objective was to become known for installing high quality roofing systems in both the roof replacement and new construction markets.

With service to the customer being a primary focus of the Company, there have been several key elements in establishing CRAM Roofing as the leader in the area of service. As part of that service, CRAM Roofing has pledged to the customer a 48-hour response time. Along with the quick service response, CRAM Roofing is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Another key differentiator at CRAM Roofing is technology. Technology is a key ingredient in our growth, efficiency and reputation. We employ state of the art computerized systems and equipment to ensure project accuracy and determine our client’s best solution. Armed with laptops, our team has direct access from any off-site location to enable effectiveness and continuity. We utilize the most current EDGE system (a detailed estimating system) to quickly provide precise estimates that save time and money. This system makes it possible for us to meet timelines that otherwise would be impossible.

As a result of a clear goal, CRAM Roofing has been able to capitalize on its reputation of outstanding job quality, excellent communication, the accomplishment of difficult project schedules and providing outstanding overall project satisfaction.
