Allison O’Kelly is the Founder & CEO of Corps Team, an experienced CPA and an award
winning entrepreneur. Allison founded Mom Corps in 2005 to help other CPAs find
flexible work without sacrificing the needs of their families.
Since that time, the business has evolved into Corps Team, a leader in strategic
workforce solutions for highly skilled, hard-to-find talent across multiple industries and
professional functions.
Allison has been recognized in the news media (TODAY Show, Wall Street Journal, CNN,
Forbes) and awarded on a national level (EY Winning Women, Working Mother, Inc. 500,
Conference Board).
Before founding Mom Corps, Allison was in a fast track management program at Toys
“R” Us, where she had various roles including launching the original Babiesrus.com site
and running an $11 million Toys "R" Us Store. Prior to that, she began her career in
public accounting at KPMG.
Allison received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BBA in Accounting from
the University of Georgia, Cum Laude. Allison is a CPA, licensed in Georgia, and the
mother of three little boys who appreciate their mom’s flexible schedule.

Mary Kai Macken, CSP- Director, Strategic Solutions
Mary Kai joined Mom Corps in 2011 bringing extensive experience in staffing and
executive search to the team. Mary Kai began her career in the staffing industry
working for TRC Staffing Services, Pro Staff Personnel and PIC Marubeni Group,
providing skilled personnel to independent power producers and utilities worldwide.
Mary Kai transitioned from staffing domestic and international large scale projects to
retained executive search while serving as Director at Wyndham Mills International.
During her tenure, Mary Kai cultivated and managed a portfolio of retained searches
for key accounts nationwide and traveled extensively, managing client partnerships,
providing consulting services and successfully implementing human capital acquisition
strategies. Mary Kai placed executives and senior managers for many leading non-
regulated and regulated energy companies with a focus on power generation, strategy,
commercial marketing & trading and financial services. Inc. 500 recognized WMI as
one of the fastest growing private companies while Mary Kai was a member of the
leadership team.
Mary Kai received her BA from Elon University and Paralegal Certificate-Contract Law
from the National Center for Paralegal Training. Mary Kai is also a Certified Staffing
Professional through the ASA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her
husband and trying to keep up with her 3 very busy teens.
