S ummer is just around the corner now, and its only a few weeks until Christmas. The warmer weather has certainly increased the activity in the past few weeks.

Last week I listed a property close to the city, and on the day I went back to check that the new key I had cut worked, I had a person follow me up the driveway and looked at the property, made an offer and a few days later I had put a sold sticker up on the sign before even the first open home! In this issue I have two properties going to deadline next week, and I am expecting three offers this week on one of them.
