Response to Information Request – DA-2013-421 Attention: Helle Jorgensen, I wish to advise this is a response to the Information Request for the Material Change of Use (DA-2013-421) for the proposed Residential Storage Shed located at the above mentioned property. Response to each item is provided below.

1. Please find attached amended plans which include full set of Elevation Plans for the shed. This is drawing 302 issue K.

2. Please find attached an amended Site Plan which details full compliance with the Queensland Development Code MP1.2. The shed is now located 2m from the southern boundary (height of shed over 4.5m) and 1.501m from the eastern boundary (height of shed under 4.5m).
