We provide multiple level courses in Employability and Functional English. The purpose is to develop and recognize the ability of learners to apply functional skills in ways that are appropriate to their situation.
The purpose of these courses is to:1. Eliminate hesitation in speaking English through a step-by-step learning of functional
English.2. Teach the basic, intermediate and advance professional skills, essential for getting a
job: communication, presentation, ethics, etiquettes, awareness, etc.

1. 30 hours of learning including 24 units

Level Assessment Test (LAT)

Facilitation
We have 2 courses in Employability Skills. Each course covers includes multifaceted aspects of the English language and Employability Skills. Before the learner joins a course, they need to take the LAT which will help us to serve them better tests learner's sentence building, vocabulary, spellings, understanding and grammar knowledge of the language and other skills essential for employment. As per the score or answers given, the system will suggest a suitable course to the learner.
Every enrolled learner will be provided a unique login ID and password to access the courses they opt for.
Mosaic shall provide free comprehensive onsite training to your trainers. This training will ensure that the trainers are well equipped with all the knowledge and skills to conduct classes as per the 4Q Learning framework. The training sessions can be conducted on-site as well as at Mosaic's 4Q Learning centers.
A learning expert will be available for periodic visits to the centers to encourage learners and teachers alike in the process of learning. Mosaic's Subject Facilitators with hands-on grass root experience will work with the trainers and the learners to examine the learner's progress and determining the exact areas of need. The real-time identification of these needs will create a learning atmosphere that resonates with the trainers and learners.
