Roles & Responsibilities:-GSM Role:

Optimization and Analysis of Network in Major Cities, Towns and Highways. Doing DT analysis for special customer complaints and make reports along with the

suggestions to overcome bad quality/Events (Call drop etc.) To check and maintain daily base the network level voice KPI (SDCCH, TCH Drop) Planning Capacity sites based on the utilization & blocking of the sites. KPI Network Performance Monitoring, Preparation of Cluster KPI reports. Monitor new site KPI to get it to required benchmark. Cluster Optimization, Frequency planning concerns the BCCH, BSIC, LAC, HSN, MAIO. Performing Analysis of various Network reports & Parameters to provide for High

Drop rate & Blocking (SDCCH & TCH) Troubleshooting the Network Problems in field through drive test and Network

Performance reports and KPI report. Dump verification and KPI analysis. Proposing of New Sites to Overcome Coverage Patches & filling Capacity areas. Optimizing & rectifying Neighbor discrepancies, non-symmetrical Neighbor, Co- CH and

Adj-CH neighbors. Traffic monitoring & analysis for the cells and accordingly implementing the changes to

Monitoring consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters. Analysis of Drive tests done by measuring Throughput, SINR, RSRP, RSRQ, Attach Delay,

handovers. Mobility analysis and recommending a change in parameters if needed to improve the

HOSR. Throughput Analysis (UL/DL) - to check Transmit Mode, Rank Indicator, Modulation

Scheme. Modulation Distribution, Channel Quality Indicator, Resource block distribution, BLER for Poor Throughput area during Drive.

Analysis of SCFT and Cluster AT Reports, check swap for all PCI.

Organization: Metrotel Works Pvt. Ltd. End Customer: AIRTEL 3G DUAL CARRIER PROJECT. [Under HUWAEI] in Chennai. Domain: Field Optimization and Report Making. Duration: July 2015 to December 2015. Designation: RF Engineer.

WCDMA Role: Coverage analysis with the help of prediction plots. HSDPA/HSUPA throughput, PS/CS Drop rate. Analyzing Pilot Pollution and RSCP Using tools. RF Coverage optimization using antenna tilt and azimuth fine tuning for optimal

coverage. Overlap and reduction of pilot pollution by Ec/No and RSCP improvements

Coordinate with customers to get parameters setting and KPI of existing network. Reviewing Network evaluation report on Frequency Plan provided by customer. Doing DT analysis for special customer complaints and make reports along with the
