VATTENFALL SUPPLY CHAIN
Rob LillyProcurement Manager
• Be responsive - Make sure we know what you can offer
and HOW it fits with our requirements.
• Be cost effective - The price of wind is falling, we are
constantly searching for innovative ways to reduce cost.
Subsidy free wind is the target!
• Be ready - Next we have Thanet Extension, Norfolk
Vanguard & Boreas - and that is just in the UK.
There are more skills & diversity on display in Aberdeen
than anywhere else in the UK.

Many more opportunities as we progress through summer and into Offshore Installation & Commissioning.
UK & LOCAL CONTENT
• Vattenfall shares industry’s aspiration of 50% UK content over project lifetime
• UK content and supply is a key deliverable for the industry
• Track record of UK supply in all projects, for example, most recently on Aberdeen with foundation fabrication work, WTG blades and first UK supplier order for JDR for 66kV cable
