The Historical Audit report can help schools with:
Reports – Exit Standards
The Exit Standards report shows students’ ES status:
Reports – Student Profile
The Student Profile report provides a complete listing of student test scores; it can be a useful report to print for withdrawing students.

The SQL option provides users ability to run adhoc reports.
Predefined statements are available, for example: Show all data in acchist Show all data in membership – displays Homeroom #, number of students in each
Homeroom, course codes, teacher’s name, student id, student name, date of birth, gender
Show abc_growth for 2009 Competency not Passed ComputerSkills not passed 10th grade students with no English 1 – list of students with no English 1 score Show all Algebra 1 in acchist table – list of students with Alg 1 score, ach. level and
cscore Grade 4 math > level 2 – displays a list of students with levels 3 and 4

Importance of Data
Diploma Dates – 9th grade entry date, diploma met/issued
Diploma Type Accommodations Student demographics – legal name, ID, DOB, grade
level, membership status, race/ethnicity Schedule – semesters/terms, teachers, homerooms,
course codes, ES reading & math Adding a test – use correct test date Computer Skills (P/F)
