2013 年，在全院干部职工的共同努力下，我院经济效益继续保持平稳增长。全年新签合同额 63.41

亿元；全年实现营业收入 51.54 亿元；净资产收益率 15.47%；国有资本保值增值率 115.45%。

In the year 2013, due to hard work of all staff members at CABR, the economic benefit maintained a steady growth. The newly signed contract value amounted to 6.341 billion RMB Yuan. Business income of the year numbered 5.154 billion RMB Yuan. The rate of return on common stockholders’ equity was 15.47%, and the rate of the maintenance and increase of state-owned capital was 115.45%.

2013 年，我院在研科研项目 397 项，其中国家级 90 项，省部级 65 项。通过验收和结

题的其他各类科研项目 103 项，其中国家和省部级项目 29 项。全年共申请专利 58 项，获得

授权的专利 45 项，其中发明专利 13 项。

In 2013, CABR altogether undertook 397 R&D projects (90 assigned by the state and 65 by ministries). Altogether 103 R&D projects were checked and accepted (29 assigned by the state and ministries). 58 projects applied for patents, and 45 were authorized (13 for patents of invention).

标准规范STANDARDS & CODES

2013 年，我院在编标准规范制修订项目 110 项，其中国家标准 53 项，行业标准 57 项。

国家标准《既有建筑改造绿色评价标准》、行业标准《建筑用真空绝热板应用技术规程》等 24 项标准获准立项。国

家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》、行业标准《非结构构件抗震设计标准》等 68 项标准完成报批工作。国家标准《膨胀土地

区建筑技术规范》、行业标准《建筑防水工程现场检测技术规范》等 29 项标准发布。

根据住建部要求，我院组织开展了国家标准《混凝土结构现场检测技术标准》等标准规范和高强钢筋应用技术宣贯

培训工作。设在我院的中国工程建设标准化协会 BIM 专业委员会成立，并启动了 21 项 P-BIM 标准编制工作。

In 2013, the development and amendment of 110 standards/codes were well under way, including 53 national standards and 57 industrial

standards.

24 standards were approved such as the national standard Standard for Green Performance Assessment of Existing Building Retrofitting and

the industrial standard Technical Specification for the Application of Vacuum Insulation Panel in Building. 68 standards submitted for approval

such the national standard Evaluation Standard for Green Building and the industrial standard Standard for Seismic Design of Non-structural

Component. 29 standards were released such as the national standard Technical Code for Buildings in Expansive Soil Regions and the industrial

standard of Technical Code for In-situ Testing Method of Building Waterproof Engineering.

According to the requirement of MOHURD, CABR carried out promotion and training of application technology of high-strength

reinforcement and such standards/codes as Technical Standard for In-situ Inspection of Concrete Structure. BIM specialized committee of China

Association for Engineering Construction Standardization was established in CABR, and started development of 21 standards for P-BIM.

我院与德国 gmp 公司签订战略合作框架协议

CABR and gmp (Germany) signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation.

我院与新西兰绿色建筑委员会就绿色建筑评估体系与评估标准的

开发及应用开展交流

CABR delegation visited the Green Building Council of New Zealand

and carried out discussions on the development and application of

green building evaluation system and standard.

2013 年，我院继续贯彻落实 “走出去，引进来”战略目标，

积极做好国际科技合作交流和市场开发工作。

2013 年我院主要产品出口稳健增长，建筑机械设备和软

件产品出口、对外技术服务等合同额共计人民币 4679 万元，

产品主要出口至印度、新加坡、俄罗斯、阿联酋、墨西哥、智利、

香港等十余个国家和地区。圆满完成援苏丹恩图曼职业培训

中心、瓦努阿图南太大学分校、毛里塔尼亚努瓦克肖特大学

医学院等涉外工程检测。

我院与日本、韩国、越南、印度等研究机构签署了“亚

洲热泵蓄热科技联盟”合作协议书。与德国巴斯夫聚氨酯特

种产品 ( 中国 ) 有限公司签订了“附有贴面材料的聚氨酯硬泡

保温板及系统性能研究”技术合作协议。与美国因诺维耐诺

公司签订了“改性膨胀珍珠岩板的制备及应用”技术合作协议。

与俄罗斯建筑科学研究中心、英国建筑研究院集团、法

国建筑科学技术中心、德国建筑技术研究院、美国可再生能

源国家实验室、新加坡建屋发展局、韩国建筑技术研究院、

新西兰和澳大利亚绿建委等科研机构就地基基础技术、绿色

建筑评价体系、软件研发、地铁防排烟系统、建筑领域监测

技术等进行了交流与合作。

主办了“亚太经济合作组织（APEC）——提升建筑节

能标准迈向零能耗建筑国际研讨会”、第 5 次建筑门窗遮阳

系数测试方法国际研讨会。作为国家代表参加了国际能源组

织、国际标准化组织、国际结构混凝土协会、国际照明委员

会等国际组织的执委会会议、工作会议、年会和技术交流会议。

In 2013, CABR continued to implement the “going out” and “bringing in” strategy,

actively carrying out international cooperation in science and technology and

enlarging oversea market.

In 2013, the product export of CABR maintained a steady growth, with the

contract amount of construction machinery equipments and software export

and foreign technical services totaling RMB 46.79 million Yuan. CABR’s products

were exported to over ten countries and regions such as India, Singapore,

Russia, UAE, Mexico, Chile and Hong Kong. CABR successfully carried out testing

for foreign projects such as Career Training Center of Omdurman in Sudan,

University of the South Pacific in Vanuatu, and the Medical School of University

of Nouakchott in Mauritania.

CABR signed cooperation agreement of “Asian Scientific Alliance of Heat

Pump and Thermal Storage” with research institutes from Japan, South Korea,

Vietnam, India, etc, signed technical cooperation agreement with Germany

BASF Polyurethane Specialties (China) Co., Ltd. on “Research on performance of

polyurethane-rigid-foam insulation board and system with overlaying materials”,

and signed technical cooperation agreement with INNOVANANO. INC of USA on

“production and application of modified expansion perlite board”.

CABR carried out exchanges and cooperation in the fields of soil foundation

technologies, green building evaluation system, software development, subway

smoke control system and building monitoring technologies with such research

institutes as NIIOSP (Russia), BRE (UK), CSTB (France), DIBT(Germany), NREL (USA),

HDB (Singapore), KICT (South Korea), Green Building Council of New Zealand

and Australia.

CABR hosted “APEC Workshop on Net Zero Energy Building” and the “5th

International Workshop on Testing Method of Shading Coefficient of Building

Windows and Doors”. As national representative, CABR participated in executive

committee meetings, work conferences, annual meetings and technical

meetings of several international organizations including IEA, ISO, fib, and CIE.

Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce,

CETC carried out testing for foreign projects

such as Career Training Center of Omdurman

2014 年，我们要深入贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神和中央经济工作会议、中央城镇化工作会议精神，

In the year 2014, CABR will further implement the guidelines of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Urbanization Work Conference, and carry out the requirements of the Central Enterprise Directors Conference. CABR will seize the opportunities brought about by the construction of ecological civilization and new urbanization, fully implement the strategy of development through innovation, actively explore emerging markets, and cultivate new economic growth points. CABR will make great efforts to fully realize the goals of its 12th Five -year Plan.
