There is no risk of unwanted changes to the Pluto system.
In order for a remote download or remote configuration to be carried out, a person at the Pluto system needs to approve by pressing the “K-button” on the gateway.

• Remote monitoring is enabled via the PC-port of the gateway.
• Use Pluto Manager -> Tools -> Terminal window
• Type: ”remote” ....
• Select Control/Monitoring or Monitoring only.
NOTE: The selection for remote operation can never be changed via Ethernet. The reason is that it shall only be possible to enable or change by persons physically located by the system.

• Check IP address with command ”bw”
• Change or set IP address with command ”ipaddr” (for GATE-EIP, -MT and -S3)

1. Select Network as Communication port.
2. Enter IP address for the gateway. Default port is 50100.
3. The connection can be named and stored.
4. The setup can then be selected in the list.
